What is coaching?
Coaching is an alternative to meeting a counselor or instructor at their office. It is professional help that can be done over the phone or by email. Coaching is a great resource which is growing in popularity.
The advantages include:
- In-home: no childcare needed because parent does not have to leave home for help
- Inexpensive: preferred option when specific or one time professional solutions are needed
- Convenient: coaching can be done immediately or can be arranged to fit your schedule
- Flexible: in either single or on-going weekly or monthly sessions to fit your schedule

All the coaches here at Amazing Parents are Beyond Consequences Institute Certified Instructors, which means they have been fully trained by Heather Forbes in how to help parents progress through sticky spots in their relationships. In addition, each of our coaches has personal experience with biological parenting, foster parenting, and/or adoptive parenting. So they not only talk the talk, but they also walk the walk.
